By accessing or using JumpFlow's websites, software, and services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
JumpFlow provides a cloud-based platform for sports organizations to manage training operations, customer messaging via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, and competition delivery (registrations, scheduling, judging, and results). Features, availability, and integrations may vary by plan or region. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws. You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful or harmful content. You are responsible for activity under your account, including all WhatsApp messages and AI agent responses sent from your connected number.
When using WhatsApp Business features through JumpFlow, you must additionally comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-ins from recipients and for the accuracy of any AI-generated replies attributed to your organization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JumpFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Hong Kong dollars if none.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
