Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Database backups are encrypted with separate keys managed through a dedicated key management service.
Infrastructure
JumpFlow runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with data centers in the Asia-Pacific region. Our systems are monitored 24/7 with automated failover and redundancy across multiple availability zones.
Access Control
Role-based access controls ensure that coaches, administrators, and parents only see the data relevant to their role. All access is logged and auditable. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts.
Backup & Recovery
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Backups are stored in geographically separate locations. We test our recovery procedures regularly to ensure your data can be restored quickly.
Privacy & Compliance
We comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). Personal data is processed only for the purposes disclosed to users. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
