When you connect a WhatsApp Business number through JumpFlow, we process inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages on behalf of your organization solely to deliver the messaging features (inbox, AI auto-reply, catalog sync). Message content is stored encrypted at rest, never sold or shared for advertising, and is processed only by our infrastructure and the LLM providers you have enabled.

When you upload documents to the Knowledge Base or rely on the AI assistant, content may be sent to authorised third-party AI service providers for embedding and inference. We enter into data-processing agreements that prohibit those providers from training their models on your data, and we send only the minimum context required to answer a query. Our current sub-processor list is available on request.

We use this information to operate and improve the Services, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, analyze usage trends, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist our operations under strict confidentiality agreements.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and safeguard your account credentials.
